FAQ
Is anything taken away from free users?
No. Every call is still posted instantly and for free in the public channel and on the website, with the same number of calls and the same quality filters. Pro adds extras on top: live whale data, the On watch list and a private group. Free users still see whale moves (15 minutes later) and a whale digest in the channel.
How do I pay?
Tap a plan and sign in with Phantom, Solflare or Jupiter. Signing in is a free message signature, not a transaction. You then approve one SOL transfer for the exact price to the MaxiGems treasury. Pro unlocks as soon as the payment confirms on-chain, usually within a few seconds.
What if I close the tab before it confirms?
Every payment carries a unique order reference, and MaxiGems checks for it on-chain every couple of minutes. Your pass activates automatically, so don’t pay twice.
Does it renew automatically?
No. Nothing is ever charged without you approving it in your wallet. Extending early stacks the new days on top of your remaining time.
How do I join the Pro group?
Open your account (top right), tap “Link Telegram” and press Start in the bot, then tap “Get Pro group invite”. You’ll get a single-use link that works for 24 hours. When your pass ends, you’re removed from the group automatically, and you can rejoin any time you renew.
Refunds?
Passes are digital and start immediately, so we only refund when we fail to deliver (for example, a confirmed payment that never unlocked Pro). See Terms & refunds.
