Don’t invest unless you’re prepared to lose all the money you invest. Memecoins are high-risk, speculative investments. You’re unlikely to be protected if something goes wrong.

• Most memecoins go to zero. Prices can fall 90%+ in minutes. Liquidity can disappear, so you may not be able to sell.
• Scams and rugs are common. Automated safety checks (mint/freeze authority, LP lock, holder concentration) reduce some risks but can’t detect every scam.
• Calls, whale data, the On watch list and sponsored listings aren’t advice. Whale moves can be transfers between a holder’s own wallets. Near-misses are tokens that did not pass our filters. Sponsored listings are paid placements.
• Past performance (leaderboard, peak multiples) doesn’t predict future results.
• No protection. Cryptoassets are largely unregulated. In the UK they aren’t covered by the Financial Ombudsman Service or the FSCS.
• 18+ only. You’re responsible for the laws and taxes that apply where you live. UK consumers: cryptoasset promotions are subject to FCA rules.
