These terms cover MaxiGems Pro passes and Featured listings bought on maxigems.fun. By paying, you agree to them.

1. What stays free

MaxiGems calls are free and posted instantly in the public Telegram channel and on this website. Buying Pro doesn’t change what free users get.

2. Pro passes

• Passes last 30, 90 or 365 days from the moment the payment confirms on-chain. Paying again adds days on top of the remaining time.
• Pro includes live whale moves, instant whale alerts in a private Telegram group, the On watch list and a Pro badge. Features may change, but we won’t remove the core extras during a paid period without a pro-rata extension.
• Access is tied to the wallet that paid and signed in. Group invites are single-use, and members are removed when their pass ends.
• There’s no auto-renewal. Payments are one-time SOL transfers that you approve in your own wallet.

3. Featured listings

• A featured listing is a paid placement, clearly labelled “Sponsored”. It’s not a MaxiGems call and not an endorsement.
• Tokens must pass automated safety checks before payment. Passing them doesn’t mean a token is safe.
• MaxiGems may pull any listing at any time, for example after a rug, a scam report or abuse.

4. Refunds

Payments are final and there are no refunds, except when we fail to deliver what you paid for. For example, a confirmed payment that never activated Pro, or a featured listing that never went live because of our error. Refunds are handled manually, in SOL, to the paying wallet. Contact us through Telegram with your transaction signature. A listing pulled for breaking these terms isn’t refunded.

5. Eligibility & your responsibility

You must be 18 or older. You’re responsible for complying with the laws and tax rules of your country. Cryptoasset promotions are restricted in some countries. In the UK, the FCA’s financial promotion rules apply to cryptoasset promotions aimed at UK consumers. Don’t use MaxiGems where that would be unlawful.

6. No advice, no warranty

Everything on MaxiGems is automated market data and opinion, not financial, investment or tax advice. The service is provided “as is”, without warranties, and may be interrupted. MaxiGems is not liable for trading losses.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Changes don’t affect passes already paid for.
